THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on the 4th April 2025 serves as a legally binding contract between NABIL LATAFI "Yung Nab" ("Producer") and  ("Artist"). This agreement grants the Artist non-exclusive rights to the instrumental named "BEAT NAME" ("Instrumental"). 

Master Recording

The Artist Has all the Rights to use the Instrumental in any shape or way to create new music

Profitable Distribution 

The Artist Have the Right to Use the Instrumental for profitable use. The Artist can upload the song made with the instrumental to all platforms including: CDs, Spotify, iTunes, Youtube, Apple Music and  Can sell unlimited copies of the Master Recording, and unlimited Streams.

Royalties

The Artist gets to keep %100 of the song's Performance Royalties

Credit

The Artist can give production credit to the Producer. This can be done in the title (Prod. By Yung Nab) .

By receiving this contract via email, you automatically agree to the terms stated above and gain non-exclusive rights to the Instrumental.
